Elder Bednar teaches us that,

He will teach us plainly and directly about the honesty of our hearts, about the contrite nature of our spirits, and about our willingness to observe our covenants by sacrifice, even every sacrifice which the Lord shall command. I recommend this book. I strongly recommend all of these books. If I had to choose one, I would start with the first in the Trilogy, but you can not go wrong with any of them. These books make an excellent addition to any library and would be a great gift for a friend.
