Okay, I have decided that the only way I am going to get in a good, worth-while workout, is if I start going to the gym in the morning. So I am introducing you to my new Blog layout which will serve as an instant reminder of my goal to wake up early and sweat it out. Last week I only made it in @ 5:00 AM twice, so this week my goal is to get there Monday-Friday, no exceptions. Wish me luck!
