Gotta love em...

So apparently, a few minutes ago, Dylan (5) and Kate (4) were downstairs on their knees praying to Heavenly Father that he would help them get Kate’s Bracelet which was up on the top of her bedroom hutch. Kate came into my room so upset and said that they prayed but Heavenly Father didn’t help them.

I looked at Dylan and said “Dill, you can’t expect him to make you fly”.

He looked back at me and said, “no mom, I didn’t ask him to fly, I just asked him for a boost”.

Oh, the Faith. Of. Children.

Does the faith of kids amaze you?

How should I have responded to Dylan and Kate to make it a better learning moment?
